All items are made to order. Please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be completed before shipping.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Due to the personalized nature of custom items, all custom orders are final sale. Refunds are not offered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Royal Designz is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal service. However, we are happy to assist with tracking or claims when possible.
